Chardonnay from Santa Lucia Highlands is characterized by aromas and flavors in the tropical fruit spectrum, such as citrus, pear, and freshly cut pineapple. This first release shows these classic aromas as well as flavors of mango, peach, and citrus fruit, supported by spicy and smoky nuances from 100% French oak. Aged for 8 months in a combination of new and one-year-old oak, this is a wine with a lush and full mouthfeel.
